It produces oil extravergine of taggiasca-olives, which are treated under the conversion to the organic by following the process of cold squeezing out within the private oil mill, which is just few meters away from the restaurant La Cappella. It is situated among oil trees in the Valle del Maro. The direct control of the phases from the beginning to the end (from the cultivation to the mill itself), it allows to offer a unique product, which is bounded strongly to its origins.
