This is the place to get to know through documents, models, and archaelogical findings the fascinating story of the naval traditions. Among the objects in the exhibition, there is the compass of the sailing ship Narcissum, on which Joseph Conrad embarked.

Loads of ship-models and antique naval vessels, among which there were also some of Léon Perret, famous artist and modellist. And more, the relics of the “Tenda Rossa”, where the members of the unlucky polar expedition of the dirigible “Italia” found shelter.

Wednesdays and Saturdays (3:30pm – 7:00pm);

Tuesdays for the students to reserve in advance.

The society, which helds the mark „Schietto Ligure“, produces the oil extravergine of  the olives „Benedetto“: The first oil with the exclusive taggiasca quality.

The farm is situated on the hill of Imperia (300 m, upon the sea level).

The position of the vineyards and the house with the guest quarters are exposed in direction to the Western side of the sun, a very unique and unrivaled position.

In the wine cellars there are produced round about 60.000 bottles each year of wine of Pigato and Vermentino. During the period of April-October there is the agritourism side, fitted with 5 suites and a green area with swimming-pool. Sightseeing-tours on appointment.
