Claudio, the chef, chooses daily freshest ingredients to prepare his specialties: borage ravioli with butter and sage or thyme and pine nuts; rabbit with Ligurian olives; cod with rosemary on cream of Pigna beans; goat with Pigna beans. On summer, grilled meat is served on the terrace.
